                                              Foods that aid in digestion:
Ginger
Ginger is a warming herb.  It helps your body to produce enzymes.  Enzymes, are an essential part of digestion.  Ginger is also beneficial for breaking up mucus in the body.  When digestion is compromised it is
common for mucus to line the digestive track as well as the respiratory track. Incorporating ginger in your
diet is a great way to support digestion.

 Chamomile
Chamomile is a calming herb.  It helps decrease stress which allows
the organs to relax.  When we are stressed or when we internalize our emotions – our stomach and digestive organs tend to tighten up.  When things are tight, blood is not able to circulate as well, and our digestive system will not be able to work properly

 Mint
Mint is cooling and heating at the same time.  It also helps increase circulation – which allows the digestive system to warm up or cool down if it needs. Mint is beneficial for diahrea, nausea, vomiting, as well as bloating.

Papaya
Papaya is full of enzymes.  These enzymes aid in digestion.  It well often help to relieve bloating, acid reflux, stomach ache, etc.
