And then, when you get into spiritual work and begin to learn about leaning back and into the feminine -- it can get a little confusing.

The feminine - leans back & receives... the mind wants to do a thing with that.  Make a system out of it.  A way.

When really - the feminine is WILD and FREE.  

We LEAN BACK & RECEIVE to TAP into this WILD AND FREE NATURE and THEN it is up to US to open to it, receive it, and allow it to move through US.... 

MOVING US into authentic -- WILD HEART expression.

I've been noticing in my own system where wires have been crossed, tangled, and short circuited around GIVING & RECEIVING.

I feel like there is an invitation to move from a direct exchange and relationship with Giving and Receiving... to a multidimensional experience and invitation to exchange with Life.

​So much energy has been moving through me.  I've been deeply emerged in an inward dive.

Getting up-close and personal with feelings and parts of myself I've been trying to avoid, deny, or make wrong. 

Let's get real, there are times when processing emotions is tricky. 

It can be oh so tempting to want to hurry and get through the feeling... trying to change it, fix it, heal something.

Or there or those other times when the FEAR of getting stuck in the emotion and it lasting FOREVER can take over.

And then there are the STORIES -- All the sweet stories that our mind and subconscious tell us about our "feelings" and what will happen if we feel them.

Recently in my inward dive, I started to see that these feeling and parts of me weren't going anywhere and it wasn't doing me any good to try to "SHIFT" them, change them, or fix them...

So I gave myself FULL permission to turn towards and FALL into them.

As I started to practice this something REALLY magical started happening.  I began to tap into my POWER.  And experience alchemy.  

THIS is some serious MAGIC and I feel it awakening from deep within my bones.  I've been seeing and enjoying the sprouts.  And drinking it in the yumminess as I remember how to use it and play with it. 

Through this practice I've experienced transmuting...
-- Deep grief into BLISS.  
-- Loneliness into remembering my connection with God.
-- Abandonment into Eternal Love
-- Loss of power into Empowerment.

This morning I was really present to how our mind wants to "label" our power.  Pin it down.  Find it.  Define it.  

There is a way that we want to "claim it" and BE in it.  Stand in it.  Express it.

This is actually distorted power.

True power isn't something that you need to reach for.  It isn't something to be claimed.

It is more so something to be felt.

Something to open to and open YOURSELF to.

It's quite vulnerable to REALLY open to power energy.  AND it takes a willingness to be vulnerable and stay in the vulnerability. 

After I recorded this video I felt a strong wave of vulnerability.  My inner perfectionist kicked in.  I began to second guess myself.  I wasn't sure if I was going to actually send the video.

And then I heard -- be with your vulnerability.  Stay with it.  Stay in it.

When we are willing to stay -- in the tenderness.  The softness.  There is an opening.  And a space where Life can enter and begin to meet us.

It's life changing.  Breath taking.  Intimate.  And transformative in the best ways.

In this video I open this deeper (truer) conversation about power... and bring you through an energy experience so you can begin to taste the flavors of your own power.

It's led me to lay down my success -- time and time again.
It's required me to turn away from the ILLUSIONS... so I can plug in deeper into the truth of WHO I AM.

It's been humbling.

It's been LIBERATING.
It's been LIFE GIVING.
It's been HEALING.

It's been a scared practice.

Today, I want to share with you -- why I haven't been talking about or focusing on business anymore.  The past few years - spirit has been inviting me on an exploration around intimacy.  Getting more intimate with myself.  Deepening my capacity to get intimate with others.  And now I can feel there is an invitation for me to let YOU in a bit more ;)  Sometimes when I am in the fires of my transformation & learning -- I don't always have words to articulate... but today I feel them coming together - so I will do my best to share what's been unraveling.

Why I stopped focusing on business
 
A former client messaged me earlier this week and after chatting with her a bit - I felt it was time for me to share some of my truths.
 
A few years ago, I focused a lot of my content and offers primarily on helping healers and entrepreneurs shift and align their energy so they could grow their business with more ease.
 
You may have noticed that my message has shifted a bit over the past year/ year and a half.
To be quite honest their are moments where it still doesn't feel completely clear... and yet when the right client is in front of me - we drop right in and get to work.  They get me.  They get it.  And we can let the work do it's magic.
 
These days I find myself passionate about helping my clients open their hearts, embrace their power, and deepen their capacity to get intimate with LIFE.  When you do this -- not only does it support your business (your tapped into your passion, you can speak your truth with more ease and certainty, you are able to connect deeper to your clients -- and hold a more sacred/ clear space for them)… ALL of your relationships improve and your relationship with LIFE itself becomes more playful and full of wonder, joy, and delight.
 
I DO love helping healers and entrepreneurs grow their businesses - and I'm sure I always will (I love the feeling of someone tapping into their magic & zone of genuis and then helping them bundle it so they can meet the world)...
 
But, there was something that felt really off for me with that approach.
When you sign up for healing work with such a specific intention (especially when that intention involves money, creating an amazing offer, and action) - it gets REALLY tricky.
 
The ego holds on and wants to do a thing.
 
And THAT push... that grasp... that hard core desire...
Can actually begin to cloud & muddy the TRUTH.
The truth of who you are.
The truth of your unique nature.
The truth of what your Soul is desiring.
The truth of what YOU are being called to do.

THEN, you are wrestling demands, navigating stories, and either riding emotional roller coasters or powering through them -- because deep down you feel like -- "what am I doing wrong"?,  "Am I not good enough?".... "If I want THIS... I have to be willing to boundary and armor up (even if that means pushing some people away) so I can stay focused, aligned, and in a high vibe".  (P.S. This is nothing to be ashamed about.  I've been here.  And I've learned there is another way).

It can leave your nervous system in a constant fight, flight, and brace mode (which almost always leads to burnout).
After a serious of events and taking a year off from "strategy, launching, marketing"...
I see more than ever -- if we want to build something sustainable and true we need to do it from a different place.

• We need to get comfortable with DEEP LISTENING.

• TAPPING INTO OUR UNIQUE NATURE.

• SYNCING OUR ENERGY WITH NATURE.

• LEARNING TO EMBRACE ALL PHASES OF LIFE (not just creations).

• BEING WILLING TO GO AGAINST THE GRAIN.

• And being willing to get INTIMATE with ourselves, life, and each other.
  
  

The business world doesn't need more followers... it doesn't need more shiny posts... it doesn't need more women sharing how they made 6 or 7 figures...
It needs more women who are willing to open their hearts, embrace the divine feminine, and lead with their SOUL.
 
It needs more women who are walking activations -- embodying their essence everywhere they go and in everything they say and do!
So - this is why I chose to walk away from "business coaching/ mentoring".

P.S. If you are a business coach or mentor -- I believe in you and your work.  I am grateful for the business coaches that I worked with.  There IS a place for learning systems and structures.
