A little about me:
My journey lead me to where I am today.
Ever since I was a child I wanted to IMPACT the world in a big way. I was raised catholic, and I can remember praying to see Mother Mary, the Angels, and to witness miracles. The spiritual world fascinated me. For as long as I can remember I've had a burning desire to teach, transform lives, and bring healing.
As a teenager and young adult I struggled with my weight and a variety of health issues (PCOS, low thyroid, blood sugar imbalance, depression, and back pain to name a few). My quest for answers lead me to become a Registered Dietician, Certified Natural Health Professional, and Reiki Master.
The more I learned about the mind, body, spirit connection, the more I realized we are the creators of our life and our reality. As I learned to shift my energy & trust my intuition the world around me started to change - my relationships improved, I lost 45 pounds, and I attracted my soul mate.
In 2010 receive a vision of me teaching and empowering holistic practitioners and healers how to fully embody their healing gifts & step into their potential. At the time, I had no idea how this was going to happen. However, that was the moment I ABSOLUTELY KNEW what I was on this planet to do.

Despite what I "knew" I didn't always feel confident in gifts or in my business.
I started my private practice in 2012 as a "Holistic Dietician" when deep down I knew - I was here to work with people on a deep soul level. I was so scared to put myself out there so I kept myself & my business compartmentalized....
I felt so uninspired by the work I was doing, disconnected from my clients, and even more disconnected from myself.
There were days of crying and being at a lost of what I should do... I felt like it was so hard to be of service when I couldn't even support myself. So I got a part time job at a Coffee Shop - Joie De Virve ("the joy of life" how appropriate :0) ) just to add some fun back to my life. I worked there for about a year. I rediscovered myself & finally came out of the spiritual closet.
As I began using my intuition in my business... I witnessed things in my life & business start to transform on a whole new level. I found my "magic" once again.
December 2014 the cafe' closed and once again I found myself a bit lost, unsure, and faced with the decision to either find a way to make my business work or finding a job.
I can still remember it OH SO CLEARLY.
I only had $ 25 in my bank account and on top of that my boyfriend and I were fighting (once again) over money & my business. I was helping a friend clean a moldy house for money and I got home that day... exhausted, had a headache, and a scratchy throat - I was so angry! All I could think was, "I have amazing gifts and I could be helping so many people - but because I am hiding I am cleaning a moldy house".
- I played it safe (and held back my gifts) to keep the people I was around comfortable.
- I under charged for my services and struggled financially to make ends meet.
- I fought with my boyfriend (because he could clearly see I was made for so much more).
- I avoided going to family functions (because I was so afraid they would ask me questions about my business).
- I struggled with physical pain, food sensitivities, and always felt exhausted.

I was tired of hiding, I was tired of struggling, and I was ready and willing to do what it took to embrace the healing gifts I knew I had within! I told spirit that I was ready and I asked to be shown the way. A few minutes later I saw I FB post someone was offering a Free Clarity Call. I claimed it! That moment, I made a decision that I was no longer going to deprive myself of things I needed (support, self-care, and charging my worth). Within 6 weeks had my first $6.5K month as a spiritual entrepreneur (woot).
And my world began opening up. My relationship improved, my business started flowing like never before (clients wanting to work with me, amazing ideas flowing, money constantly coming in), and what I absolutely love most is that I have been showered with signs that I was on the right path... butterflies, feathers, and inspirational downloads. AHHHH!

I have seen for myself and with clients, over and over again, when you fully own your gifts, trust your intuition, & align to your soul - miracles happen and things start to flow with ease.
