One of the things I help people with, is tuning into their needs and desires! So often we are disconnected. From an early age we learn we shouldn't ask for things, or we should shift our energy to take care of/ please everyone else. In the long run this leads to burn out, exhaustion! Not to mention the weight, stress, or health issues that may also come along it.
So today, with out any expectations (there are no right or wrong answers) I want to know what do you want? Breath into it a bit and really feel it out! What is it? Maybe it's time? Energy? More money? A day at the spa? A fulfilling relationship. A day in nature? Better health or to loss weight? to get organized? P.S. this is only for you... so let it rip and express your heart's desires! The first step to shift anything is to IDENTIFY it! When we right things down and get it on paper... we make it real. It becomes solid. It is no longer in avoidance or la la land and a lot of the time it magically starts to play into action. You can't get where you are going.. unless you know where that is!
