Happy 2013!!! I am so excited about this new year and the new oppritunities that it will bring. This past week I have been reflecting on 2012 and my personal goals for 2013. I decided my intention for this year is to incorporate more JOY into my life and into my practice. I feel like it is so easy to get caught up in work, chores, and the everday routine...and it is easy to forget to have fun and enjoy each moment! My goal for this year is to awaken my inner child and find more ways to laugh, love, and be joyous. How will I do that? Well, my plan is to start by doing more things that I enjoyed when I was a kid.... and also by giving you a special offer - make sure to read below ;0)
