It is an ancient Japanese healing technique done by "laying of the hands" or remote healing. It is used worldwide to heal the body, mind, and spirit. It is widely known for its ability to reduce stress, anxiety, and physical tension.
When you are attuned to Reiki it opens a channel for divine healing energy (Reiki energy) to flow through you. This allows you to experience personal growth, empowerment, and higher levels of spiritual connection. And at the same time it allows you to heal yourself & others on the physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual level.

Why I created this Program...

Hi I'm Lynsey, an Intuitive, Spiritual Business Mentor, & Reiki Master. I haven't always been confident in my gifts or even understood how to use them. As a teenager and young adult I struggled with a variety of health issues (PCOS, thyroid, blood sugar), my weight, and I was constantly in pain. Searching for answers for my own health & healing lead me to become a Registered Dietician, Holistic Health Professional, and to study a variety of healing modalities. The more I learned about myself, health, & healing... the more I realized how sensitive (intuitive) I really was. Not just to food. But, to energy in general.

When Reiki came into my life, my life quickly transformed. My health improved, I lost 50 pounds, I met my soul mate, I started to attract the most amazing opportunities, and I left my job and started my private practice as a Holistic Dietician.
Despite how magical Reiki was, I didn't feel confident using it in my business. I took Reiki 3 times before I integrated it into my work & began to fully owning my gifts.
The first time I took Reiki (in 2010) I was gifted my attunement. We did the whole process in a couple of hours and my teacher suggested I buy a book. It wasn't enough time or space for me to practice, get feedback, and build confidence in my gifts.
I spent 3 years questioning... am I good enough? Am I doing it right? And I only used Reiki for myself and a few close friends.

Reiki Level 1 Video Trainings On...
- The history of Reiki.
- The 5 Principals of Reiki.
- The 7 chakra's and energy centers so you can easily identify and shift blocks.
- Hand placement for self healing & healing others.
- How to treat/heal pets, energize and cleanse food, create a sacred high vibrational space, & more.
Month 1: Energy, Awareness, & Grounding.
- Learn to ground your energy so you can feel clear and focused in your business and life at all times.
- Learn to protect your energy from others (clients, your partner, family) so you don't take on their stuff and you can avoid getting overwhelmed or derailed by all the online noise.
- Explore the 4 different energy layers: mental, emotional, physical, spiritual and how to tune in to each so you can finally breakthrough old patterns, beliefs, and stubborn blocks.
- Identify your intuitive style and how you receive intuitive messages so you can access your intuition anytime you need in your business or life.
Month 2: Chakras & the Physical Body.
- Learn the 7 chakras (energy centers) and how to easily identify and shift mental and physical blocks and health issues for yourself and your clients.
- Understand body systems and the physical body and how it relates to physical, emotional, & mental health issues so you can have a deep understanding of how energy works and have tools to shift it.
- Identify energy patterns & blocks (why you attract certain situations or health issues) so you can heal and release the things that are no longer serving you.
- Learn to shift & clear your energy patterns & blocks so you are can quickly get back in the flow any time you are triggered in business, relationships, or life.
Month 3: Connecting with Spirit & Your Intuition.
- Learn how to enhance Reiki healing with the Archangels. Healing with the angels can help calm the mind, reduce stress, heal the physical body, and bring a deep sense of peace.
- Learn tools to strengthen your intuition & receiving intuitive messages so you feel confident in what you are receiving for yourself and others.
- Learn ways to use your intuition in your business so you can tune into things like...what you should offer, what to value your services at, and what is your next best step.
