What to expect from this sacred ceremony:
- The Ceremony will be held via zoom.
- We will begin by energetically coming together in a sacred circle and set intentions for our time together (everyone will have the opportunity to share their intentions out loud).
- Then, we will drop into energy space.
I will guide you through an energy meditation. There will also be healing music and healing songs. There will be moments of me speaking towards what I am noticing energetically and also moments where you will be given space to be in your own experience of what the energy and heart medicine is showing you. - There will be space for you to share what is moving through for you and I will also be available to offer guidance and support.
- I will offer guided energy experiences as needed.
- We will close with everyone having the opportunity to share what came forward for them.
There is something magical that happens in this type of sacred space and sisterhood circle.

About Cacao:
Ceremonial Cacao is a sacred plant medicine that helps to open the heart. It is a teacher and a guide. This medicine can bring you into a deep meditative state or heart expansive state which allows you to connect deeper to yourself, see patterns, loosen & break patterns, and also to release stuck energy that is no longer serving you. I find Cacao energy and medicine to be soft, sweet, and very loving. It carries a grandmother energy. Her field is one of SPACEOUSNESS which can allow you to loosen structures that are no longer serving you. She helps you expand your PERCEPTION. She helps you to find CHOICE and see that you ALWAYS have a CHOICE. She can help you to connect back to your BODY and what feels good -- in your BODY. She also helps you find your DESIRES ;)
Her energy can also sometimes be fiery. It is a biter herb and can raise fire energy. I've had some ceremonies where I was taken closer to my tension, pain, and anger. Sometimes we are brought TO the pattern or layer of protection and guided to FEEL it so that we can release and unravel it.

On a personal note:
My journey with sacred ceremonies started over 10 years ago. I use to host full moon and new moon ceremonies. I always felt something REALLY magical and powerful happens when a group of women got together intentionally to pray. About 4 years ago, I began working with sacred plant medicines, which took my ceremonial work a bit deeper. Working with the plants has helped me to open my perception and my heart in a way that I haven't been able to open with typical energy sessions or guided energy work. It's allowed me to soften my walls and move past protections so that I could (and can) experience more of who I really am. |
One of the things I LOVE MOST about working with sacred plants, like cacao, is that they can give us "energetic imprints" or "pathways" so that we can embody what we learn and bring it into out life, relationships, and business.
