1-2 Turnips medium sized, trimmed and pealed
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of sea salt
1/2 tsp chili powder (or seasoning of your choice)
Heat oven to 425°F
Cut turnips into 2 x 1/2-inch sticks.
Then toss them in a bowl with oil and seasoning.
Spread them out in a single layer on foil lined pan.
Roast fries 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time for even browning.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
