There is so much change and transformation in the air. Have you been feeling it? Emotions are at a high... and more than ever it is important for us to tune in and honor ourselves.

You might find yourself spinning your wheels, getting lost in our head, and trying to figure things out. Or you just feel unmotivated, BLAH, frustrated, or stuck. Today, I want to share with you an exercise that can totally change your day and it literally takes no more than 5 minutes.
The Holiday Session can be a stressful time! From family, food, traveling, money, to limited time! This is such a fragile time of year... It is almost like our big test! All the things we have been working on all year long... our spiritual growth, boundaries, breaking of patterns, self care, self worth, and being true to who we are it is all put to the test and called to action.

Your body has infinite wisdom. It communicates with you constantly asking you for what it needs and letting you know when something is out of balance.
Think of a time when you were hungry or thirsty... did you body let you know?
What about a time when you had to speak to someone about something you were afraid to say? Do you remember if your body reacted? Did you get anxiety in your chest or maybe feel a lump in your throat?

As I write to you today, all I know is who I am right now… in this moment. I know how my breath feels, and I know how I feel in my body. I started this blog several times over the past week and each time, I questioned what I wrote and deleted it. In fear of “being too much” or “not good enough”. I find myself wanting connection so badly, but at the same time the force seems to bring nothing but disconnect. It seems like such a metaphor for the past few months of my life!
Do you ever find yourself feeling like you aren’t doing a good enough job? Maybe you feel guilty because you feel like you should be doing more. Or maybe your feel overwhelmed and stressed because you feel like you don’t have the time or energy to do the things you really LOVE and REALLY want to be doing!

Have you been feeling the depths of winter? The cold weather whether, makes me want to curl up in a blanket, drink warm tea, and lay around all day. The winter is a time for hibernation, going through and processing old “stuff”, resting, and letting go of what we no longer need so in the spring we can birth (manifest/ create) the new fruits we desire!
