Diet vs Nutritional Cleansing

How many of you have followed numerous diets, lost weight, and gained it back?
I know I have!  After, yo-yo dieting for the first 24 years of my life - I finally understsnd yo-yo dieting and why diets don't work.  Since then, I have learned a few things that have helped me to reach and maintain a healthy weight.

Why don't diets work?
Everyday we’re exposed to hundreds of toxins–from the food we eat, to the air we breathe.  When our body is not strong enough to naturally release these toxins, it stores them in our fat cells.  If you have weight to lose, more than likely your body is holding on to a lot of toxins. 

What does that mean?
Diets can be a great tool to help you lose weight and gain a health.  But here is the problem, there are a lot of fad diets out there that restrict calories and food groups.  This leaves the body lacking vitamins, minerals, and other important nutrients it needs to release toxins.  If you do achieve weight loss you will be more likely to gain it back because the body will be weak and the toxins will need a place to go - so they will return to the fat cells.

How do you lose weight and keep it off?
Nutritional Cleansing!  With proper nutrients and cleansing, the body can naturally cleanse itself of toxins, shed unwanted pounds, and maintain an ideal weight.

First we will discover where your body is weak or out of balance.  I will coach you on a dietary and supplement plan that will best give you the nutrients your body needs.  Next, once your body is strong enough I will give you a cleansing program that will meet your body and lifestyle needs.  I will also teach you how to listen to your body to learn what your body needs.  I find this is key in maintaining health and balance as well as a maintained weight!
