Have you ever experienced a time when you were scared and you
felt like you didn’t know what to do? This may have been in regards to your health, weight, a job situation, a relationship, or even money? Did your inner child just wanted to run and hide or was she was kicking and screaming inside of you? In today’s blog I will share some of my personal story with you and give you some secret tips to help you be brave!
Many of the things in our lives our constant work, the dishes, the clothes, cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, the yard, and the list goes on. I don’t know about you but for me sometimes it feels never ending. Last week I made the decision to let it wait! I decided I am more important…my health and happiness is more important. The truth is, if we take some time to step away all of those things, we notice that they aren’t going anywhere they will still be there. All we have to do is chose to start back up again and most of the time by stepping away we get a boost of inspiration and drive to help us move forward. When we chose to step away from ourselves, our needs, and our happiness and instead burry ourselves in work, chores, or other distractions it gets a lot more complicated and a lot more difficult to come back to center (in every area of our life).
