Here is a short quiz to determine if stress is affecting your health. Are you feeling overwhelmed or over loaded? Do you find yourself anxious, fearful, or constantly worrying? ICE CREAM! This sweet treat has a special place in my heart. As a child, I absolutely loved having a bowl of ice cream before bed. Little did I know that this fabulous treat was causing some of my health issues. Dairy often causes mucus to form in the body. This mucus can lead to allergies, skin issues, digestive issues (acid reflux, bloating, constipation, IBS), it can even cause cysts. The good news is that there are some healthy dairy substitutes! This weekend I treated my inner child to some homemade coconut milk ice - cream and I wanted to share that recipe with you! Happy April!
